Turkish Bed Socks Using Koigu KPM & KPPPM

"Nice around the house, terrific for travel."

Inspired by a pair of socks entered in our ‘Koigu & You’ customer show years ago, we designed these little one-skein slipper socks for the 2009 LYS Tour. They make great gifts as they’re easy to to fit and don’t take a lot of yarn. They’re nice for around the house. And terrific for travel. The Churchmice love to wear them with clogs.

Shown in Koigu KPPPM & KPM

We love the complexity and painterly repeats of color that Koigu brings to their skeins of KPPPM—and how they show up in our Turkish Bed Socks! This fingering-weight merino yarn has just the right amount of twist—soft enough for comfort and firm enough for socks!

Yarn Source

Jimmy Beans Wool

Finished foot length: 8"/20cm. Fits 9–10"/23–25cm foot. (You'll have enough yarn to make a longer foot, if desired.)
