Learn to Crochet
This three-session class will teach all the basics needed for a lifetime of crocheting—chain stitch, single, double, and half-double crochet, and more—as you make a pretty pair of handwarmers.
The first part begins on Friday, January 17th from 10:00am - 11:30am.
The follow-up sessions will take place on Friday, January 24 and Friday, January 31 from 10:00am - 11:30am.
The Learn-to-Crochet Class is open to new crocheters of all ages.
No experience required!
Oops! (or The Anatomy of a Stitch)
Learn to recognize and fix knitting mistakes with Oops! (or The Anatomy of a Stitch).
This three-session class will begin on Friday, January 17 from 2:30pm - 4:00pm.
The follow-up sessions will continue on Friday, January 24 and Friday, January 31 from 2:30pm - 4:00pm.
We'll guide you through the structure of a good stitch, and help you build the skills you need so you'll know what to do when one goes wrong.
For this class, basic knitting skills (and a bit of homework) are required.
