Cool and casual, the Seven Sisters Top is just the sort of simple sweater that spans spring, summer, and fall. Designed by Sloane Gillam Lacasse for Blue Sky Fibers’ Traveler Series, this top has a relaxed silhouette and ribbing at neck, sleeves, and hem.

The Seven Sisters Top has a cuddly feel and a fascinating, mosaic-like texture knit in Blue Sky Fibers Printed Organic Cotton. Using a one-of-a-kind printing process—a blend of an ink press and the artisan hand—this worsted-weight, 100% organic cotton yarn has oodles of speckled goodness! If more solid shades tickle your fancy, this cute sweater will also shine knit in Organic Cotton Worsted.

YARN
4 (4, 5, 5, 5, 6) skeins Blue Sky Fibers Printed Organic Cotton (150 yds/137m each). Sample shown in color 2201 Cottonwood.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 10 (6mm) 32"/80cm circular needle, or size to obtain gauge.
US 8 (5mm) circular needles in sizes 32"/80cm, 24"/60cm and 16"/40cm.
Spare gauge needle for three-needle bind off.
Stitch holders and waste yarn.
Stitch markers.
Darning needle to finish.

GAUGE
15 sts and 19 rows = 4″/10cm in Stockinette Stitch using gauge needle, after blocking.
