The ideal balance of silky alpaca and Peruvian Highland wool, Berroco’s Ultra Alpaca is spun up perfectly round and light at five stitches to the inch. The wool has enough bounce to balance the drape of alpaca and add resilience as well. Sturdy enough to wear every day, Ultra Alpaca is delightfully soft. It’s also great for warmth, but not too hot, making it ideal for multi-season wear.

This yarn’s alpaca content drinks up dye for super saturated colors—each is beautiful on its own; we like to combine them for bold, color-blocked impact. Ultra Alpaca also has seven natural colors which are called together Ultra Alpaca Natural. Each of the undyed shades is created by blending the natural colors of alpaca fiber with undyed wool.
