Returns

We want you to be delighted with anything you receive from us. You may return any Churchmouse purchase in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that wound yarn or sale items cannot be returned. Postage is your responsibility unless it was our error. Our open return policy is a good reason to hang on to your receipt. There is no time limit on returned items.

We’ll refund to the method of payment used to purchase the item or to a gift card with these conditions:
Banking regulations prohibit us from refunding to a different credit card. We cannot refund cash for a credit card purchase.
Technology updates over the years added new conditions. For purchases made in the Online store before December 28, 2017, refunds will be offered via a gift card. For purchases made in the Island Store before April 26, 2019, refunds will be offered via a gift card.

Please include your receipt or packing slip. If you no longer have it, please include a way for us to know who shipped the merchandise back to us:

  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • your shipping address

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 business days for us to process. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund once it is processed. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at orders@churchmouseyarns.com.
