5 skeins Madelinetosh Tosh Silk Cloud (330 yds/300m each); shown in Color 11, Tar.
Or approx. 1640 yds/1500m light lace-weight mohair yarn (yarn is held double throughout).

US 5 (3.75mm) needles, or size to obtain gauge.
13 stitch markers.
Darning needle to finish.
Blocking wires and T-pins or forked blocking pins.
