Knit in two colors, the two layers of these soft, scrunchy cuffs are designed like our Inside Outside Cowl and can be pulled through for infinite variation—from color tipped to color blocked to completely reversed. Pick two colors and give these arm warmers your personal touch!

We knit these Reversible Arm Warmers in two colors of ITO Sensai, a sensational lace-weight strand of 60% mohair and 40% silk. Sensai knits up into a gossamer fabric–weightless even in the doubled layers of these arm warmers! And then there’s the color palette—Sensai floats between ethereal pastels, go-to-neutrals, and rich brights. So many fun options from which to choose!

FINISHED SIZES:
X-Small/Small: Approx. 7"/18cm around; to fit 6 1/2-7 1/2"/16.5-19cm palm.
Medium/Large: Approx. 8"/20cm around: to fit 7 1/2-8 1/2"/19-21.5cm palm.
Short cuff: 8"/20cm. Long cuff: 12"/30.5cm

YARN
2 Skeins ITO Sensai (262yds/240m each): 1 skein each of Color A and Color B. Shown in X-small/Small, Long Cuffs, Color A = 692, Billard and Color B = 6985, Gold Oak.
X-Small/Small:
For short cuffs, approx. 150yds/137m each in two colors of lace-weight yarn;
For long cuffs,approx 220yds/201m each in two colors.
To adjust length, allow 20 yds/18m of yarn per 1"/2.5cm finished length per pair.
Medium/Large:
Approx. 170 yds/155m each in two colors of lace-weight yarn for short cuffs;
approx 255 yds/233m each for long cuffs. to adjust length, allow 22 yds/20m of yarn per 1"/2.5cm finished length, per pair.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 1 (2.25mm) set of 4 double-point needles, or size to obtain gauge.
US 0 (2mm) set of 4 double point needles, or one size smaller than gauge needle.
USB/1 (2.25mm) crochet hook for provisional cast-on and rescuing dropped sts.
Smooth strong lace-weight yarn for provisional cast-on.
2 locking markers
Darning needle to finish

GAUGE
32 sts = 4"/10cm in stockinette st, relaxed, after blocking.

KNITTER'S NOTES
For the love of tiny needles! These arm warmers are a perfect little treat to work in between chunkier projects and so wearable. With a gauge this fine, they give the look of a chic sweater cuff under the sleeves of a blazer or jacket without all the extra bulk. Reversibility gives you two pairs in one! While we have opted to use the same yarn in different colors, we think it would look mighty fine in different yarns of the same color. Mix and match to your heart’s delight!

While you’re knitting, keep an eye out for dropped stitches every few rounds. Our test knitters recommend keeping a tiny crochet hook at hand for rescues.
