Boyfriend Watch Cap Using Kelbourne Woolens Lucky Tweed

“Your lucky cap!”

This cozy, deeply cuffed cap is an oft-revisited Churchmouse favorite. When it’s worn turned up, the doubled fabric is nice and cozy. We love it uncuffed and slouchy, too! We’ve made the ribbed cuff nice and deep so that you can fold it a long way up without the wrong side of the stockinette stitch showing. And it’s a quick knit—which is great because you’re bound to want to knit another!

Shown in Kelbourne Woolens Lucky Tweed

We knit this Boyfriend Watch Cap in Kelbourne Woolens Lucky Tweed. This aran-weight yarn is made in Donegal, Ireland from 100% merino wool. With a rustic look, soft hand, and those flecks of fiber that we love so much, it’s an authentic Donegal Tweed yarn. Lucky Tweed makes the woolliest, tweediest of caps—and lucky indeed are those who get to wear it!
