Knitted Coasters & Table Mat Set Using Koigu KPPPM

"At home on your kitchen or coffee table."

We love to see the many ways a favorite stitch can be used—in this case, linen stitch as a set of coasters and a table mat! With a free adaptation to our Koigu Linen Stitch Scarf, we’ve knit up these homey little accessories. Whether you choose gentle tonal shades, playful variegations, or contrasting brights, the magic of linen stitch will harmonize even the most disparate of colors and bring a cute, handmade touch to your kitchen or coffee table.

We knit four coasters and one table mat using three skeins of Koigu KPM & KPPM, each a different color. We love the complex artistry that Koigu brings to their hand-painted, fingering-weight yarns! Plus, the merino wool has just the right amount of twist—soft enough for comfort and strong enough to be durable.
