The Design
“Jolly cookie shapes.”
The knitting's as easy as pie—easier, actually! Once your knitted piece is fully felted, simply use the included templates (or trace your own favorite cookie cutters) to cut 'dough' into jolly cookie shapes. Decorate as desired (we've included embroidery instructions). Hang them on your tree, tie them onto packages, string garlands—you get the idea. Yum!

KNITTER'S NOTES
Could the knitting be any easier? Cast on, join, and round-and-round you go. We like to think this is a season-less pattern: hearts for a Scandinavian Christmas, or at Valentine's Day; stars all year 'round. Let your imagination run—how about eggs at Easter or garlands of autumn-hued trees... ?
And we think you'll love our embroidery instructions—applicable to more than this pattern. Once you start doodling on your knitting, it might be hard to stop.
