Welted Cowl Using Rowan Softyak DK
The Design
Truth time, we have fallen hard for Rowan's Softyak DK. So soft, and summery—and a dozen colors! So between busily knitting garments, we picked up this simple little project. Our Welted Cowl transitions easily from late spring into summer (and fall!), and is warm and light at the same time. A two skein project, so it's quick, and alternates knitting and purling in the round—just the right amount of variation and mindless. A fun way to taste this new yarn!
