The Design

We wanted a weekend sweater that was relaxed and roomy, yet lightweight. This huggable pullover is what we came up with! The flattering, soft ‘V’ neckline and short-row shaped cuffs keep the generous scale from becoming overwhelming—a cozy wardrobe essential indeed!

We knit this version of our Slouchy Pullover in Flette Bulky, a dynamically textured yarn from Woolfolk. A malleable, bulky-weight yarn, Flette Bulky is created with 100% Ultimate Merino. One lofty strand is ruched, spiral-like, onto a single fine thread for a plump bouclé effect. It makes even the simple stockinette fabric of our easy sweater have the texture and squish of a cloud!

S (M, L, XL)

Finished bust: 40 (46, 52, 58 )"/102 (117, 132, 147)cm, after seaming and blocking.
To fit bust: 28-32 (34-38, 40-44, 46-50)"/71-81 (86-96, 102-112, 117-127)cm.
This pullover is designed with lots of ease (8–12"/20–30cm).

Finished Lengths:
Finished body length measured from high shoulder (where shoulder meets neck) to bottom edge.
Shorter version (shown here): 22 (22, 23, 23)"/56 (56, 58, 58)cm.

YARN
4 (4, 4, 5) skeins Woolfolk Flette Bulky (131 yds/120m each).
Or approx. 410 (445, 495, 545) yds/375 (407, 453, 498)m of a similar bulky-weight yarn.

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 15 (10mm) needles or size to obtain gauge.
US 11 (8mm) needles, or two sizes smaller than gauge needle for picking up sleeve sts.
12 locking markers.
Darning needle to finish.

GAUGE
8 sts/13 rows = 4"/10cm in stockinette stitch on larger needle, after blocking.
