"Pop on for chilly days."
Designer Julie Hoover calls Post a ‘fully fashioned popover.’ An elegant blend between a poncho and a capelet, it’s just the piece to pop on for an added layer of warmth on chilly days. Vents at each side allow for free arm movement, while a short, upstanding collar keeps you nice and cozy.
Post was designed by Julie Hoover, collaborating with Shibui Knits, using DK-weight Shibui Nest.

Model is wearing size 40 3/4"/103.5cm with 34"/86.5 cm bust size.
*Measure shoulder girth as the horizontal circumference around the shoulders at the front breakpoint level with the arms down.

6 (6, 7, 7, 9, 9,) skeins Shibui Nest (175 yds/160m each).

NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 6 (4mm) 16"/40cm and 24"/60cm circular needles or size to obtain gauge.
US 5 (3.75mm) 16"/40cm and 24"/60cm circular needles one size smaller than gauge needle.
Stitch markers.
Cable needle.
Stitch holders or waste yarn.
Locking markers or coilless safety pins.
Blunt tapestry needle.
T-pins and blocking wires (optional but recommended).
GAUGE
23 stitches and 32 rows = 4"/10cm in stockinette stitch with gauge needle, after blocking.
