Plucky Knitter Bello

Plucky Knitter Bello

THE PLUCKY KNITTER (aka the lovely Sarah Dimond) has a small dyeing studio in Michigan and a very limited supply of excellent yarn bases, so her gorgeous yarns are not widely available. Even so, she's very kind to send us a small shipments every now and then of yarns dyed especially for us.

Our original palette of Plucky colors played around the color wheel. Two years later, we've re-imagined a fresh new palette of nine colors. Focusing in on shades we are drawn to in our own wardrobes, these work well together and stand easily on their own. A deep navy, charcoal (of course!), and a spicy cayenne pepper. Fun brights (it is Plucky!) we added a not-too-sweet pink and a mossy-gold chartreuse to keep things whimsical. And of course, some rich, classic neutrals.

This batch is her Bello. Plucky's signature high-twist merino with a gentle haze of cashmere make this fingering-weight yarn great for accessories and garments. We're dreaming of stripey shawls in fresh new colors!

If a color doesn't appear below, it means we're sold out of that one in this small batch. So sorry.
