Le Guin

Le Guin

"Dramatically simple.”

Sophisticated Le Guin takes a classic pullover silhouette and elevates it with simple, yet dramatic design details. A garter stitch panel is the central story, front and center, while the simple stockinette body of the sweater is framed by two-by-two ribbing at the neckline, sleeve cuffs, and hem.

Designed by Shellie Anderson for Shibui, Le Guin is worked from the bottom with one strand of Shibui Lunar and one strand of Shibui Maai held together throughout.

This four-page pattern includes:

  • Lovely full color photography.
  • A clear design/sizing schematic.
  • Brief guidelines for German short rows, binding off in the center of a row, M1 stitch, 3-needle bind-off, and tubular bind-off.
