Dragonwell is a high grade Chinese green tea that centuries ago was grown to be brewed with water from a very deep well, so deep that a dragon lived in it. An aside: Chinese tea masters could tell by tasting whether a tea was made with water from the middle of the river, where it was active, or from the bank, where it was calm, or from a well. Choose your tea water wisely.
Back to our Dragonwell. This is a classic, high grade green that has all the characteristics of Chinese tea: a caressing smoothness with notes of corn and a pleasing vegetal flavor. Like all green teas, Dragonwell is easily annoyed so let your water back off the boil for a couple of minutes and do not over brew.
