Teamaker Steven Smith's collection of four caffeine-free, large-cut herbal infusions are full of delicious surprises. Each roomy sachet permits full leaf expansion to give you better flavor. And we're able to offer loose peppermint in a handsome tin. Perfect on your tea pantry shelf, right next to the blacks and the greens!

Peppermint Leaves are gently hand-screened (for perfect leaf size) and infuse a full, creamy flavor with distinct chocolate notes and an intense finish.

Meadow blends golden handpicked chamomile flowers and mildly stimulating, fragrant hyssop with smooth Cape rooibos, rose petals and linden flowers.

Big Hibiscus combines luscious red hibiscus with Indian sarsaparilla, ginger, pink rose petals and elder flowers from Europe for a complex and nuanced cuppa.

Red Nectar is a delicious infusion of South African rooibos (also known as red bush) paired with a bit of natural orchard fruit flavor. Lightly sweet, medium-bodied and delicious hot or iced.

5 teaspoons Oliver Pluff Cacao Shell Tea
1 sachet Steve Smith Peppermint Leaves

Bring 32 oz water to a boil. In a 4-cup teapot, add the Cacao Shell Tea and fill with boiling water. Let steep 5 minutes, then add the sachet of Peppermint Leaves and steep an additional 5 minutes.

Strain into your favorite mug. Add a sprinkle of sugar to bring forward the chocolate flavor for an even more delightful cuppa. Serves 4.
