Dot Using Rowan Pebble Island
The Design
No returns on sale items please.
Dot is a straightforward, two-by-two ribbed scarf designed by Erika Knight for Rowan’s Pebble Island Collection. A few little details make it fun! Artful color-blocking along the length of the scarf adds modern pop, with a whip-stitch embroidery detail at either end for a cute finishing touch! See the Alex project, if you’d like a matching scarf-and-mitts set!
Dot was knit in Rowan Pebble Island, a light worsted-weight yarn that’s spun entirely from the fine wool of unique merino sheep from Pebble Island, in the Falklands archipelago. Sourced from farming family on the island, this special, limited-quantity yarn is spun and dyed in a family-owned mill in Yorkshire. Breathable, bouncy, and resilient, this yarn is perfect for a cozy scarf.
