Here’s a lighter-gauge riff on our easy-fitting Better-Than-Basic Pullover. With the same boxy, relaxed silhouette, we’ve added options for sweet edging treatments—try twisted eyelet stitch ribbing at the collar, cuffs, and hem (as we did in this version), or let the edges roll. Our pattern also provides instructions for two different sleeve lengths (full length or bracelet length) and two different body lengths (tunic-style or hip-skimming)!

We knit an effortlessly elegant Everyday Pullover in Rowan Alpaca Classic. Oh, so snuggle-able, this DK-weight yarn is a blend of cotton and alpaca that’s as light as it is soft. The dye, which saturates the alpaca fiber with a jewel-like intensity, infuses the cotton more gently. This result brings brilliant tonal depths to your Everyday Pullover.

Custom lengths: To lengthen or shorten body, add or subtract approx. 40 (45, 45, 50, 50, 55, 55, 60) yds/36 (41, 41, 46, 46, 50, 50, 55)m of yarn per 1"/2.5cm of knitted length. For sleeves, add or subtract approx. 20 (20, 20, 20, 25, 25, 25, 25) yds/18 (18, 18, 18, 23, 23, 23, 23)m per 1"/2.5cm of knitted length.

US 6 (4.0mm) needles and 16"/40cm circular needle, or size to obtain gauge.
