Walking Rib Cowl Using Rowan Felted Tweed Aran
The Design
This reversible-stitch pattern is akin to a K2/P2 rib, but the rhythm 'walks' over by one stitch every other row or round for a subtle diagonal texture that's easier than it looks. The two-skein cowl is worked on larger needles for a softer drape.
Rowan Felted Tweed Aran has rustic good looks and a lightened blend of wool, alpaca and viscose. It works up into a warm, cozy cowl that drapes beautifully and wears well. And, while we know you'll like it in the ball, just wait until you block your piece (you do block, don't you?) and feel the fabric–near perfection!
Grab the pattern and 2 skeins of Rowan Felted Tweed Aran above. You'll have a cozy cowl finished in no time.
