Garden Afternoon is a special blend done just for us by our Seattle tea broker. When we asked what was in it, he said, "Oh, some of this, a little of that." When we tried to pry apart the flavors, we got a rich malt, something floral, a bit of nuttiness and a slight whiff of smoke.
This tea is almost essential as a break from working in the summer garden, or as a companion when planning from an easy chair in winter. We hope it stimulates your green thumb.
Boiling water (212 F). Steep 5 minutes. Try milk and sugar.
