Turkish Bed Socks

Inspired by a pair of socks entered in our ‘Koigu & You’ customer show, we designed these little one-skein slipper-socks for the 2009 LYS Tour. They make great gifts as they’re easy to fit and don’t take a lot of yarn. They’re nice for around the house. And terrific for travel. Our staff loves to wear them with clogs.

YARN
1 skein Koigu KPPPM (175 yds/160m).
Or 175 yds/160m of an equivalent fingering-weight yarn.

NEEDLES
Set of 4 US 3 (3.25mm) double-points, or size to get gauge.

GAUGE
28 sts/34 rows = 4"/10cm in stockinette stitch.

FINISHED SIZE
Finished foot length: 8"/20cm. Fits 9-10"/23-25cm foot. (You should be able to add another inch/2.5cm of length within your one skein of Koigu.)
